Prices
the price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order. This will be the price you will pay once your order is confirmed by paying your £50 Deposit once you have paid you will be sent an invoice to confirm the balance payable upon delivery.

Payment Methods
we accept cash on Delivery for the service Deposits are payable by Credit, Debit card, or personal cheque in advance.

Refunds
Refunds are given solely at the discretion of the management, any refunds made will be made less the order confirmation fee.

Breakages
you will be responsible for any cost cause by damage to equipment while in your possession we accept breakdowns, but any intentional damage will be charged to the customer. We reserve the right to request a refundable equipment damage of £150 in Certain Circumstances.

Age Restrictions
we will refuse to sell any alcohol to anyone believed to be under the age of 18 years of age if this is the case when we arrive to setup equipment, we will not be able to provide you with our service and you will lose your booking deposit.

Inspection of goods on Arrival
Once we arrive at your premises with our equipment, we will inspect and check our equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
